Qingxin Soft Branch Oolong

Soft Branch Oolong, also known as Qingxin Oolong, is one of Taiwan’s most iconic tea cultivars, admired for its elegant floral aroma, smooth body, and refined mountain character. This special version is grown far from its original Taiwanese homeland, in the high-altitude gardens of Mt. Gaoligong in Baoshan, Yunnan, where endless forests, clean mountain air, and elevations above 2, 000 meters create an exceptional environment for premium oolong tea.

Crafted according to a Taiwanese tea master’s recipe, this tea brings together authentic Taiwanese oolong-making skill with the pure natural character of Yunnan’s high mountains. The leaves undergo light oxidation of around 15%, medium roasting, and a unique process that includes two rounds of fresh leaf shaking to develop aroma, texture, and depth.

The first sip reveals a fresh and lingering “mountain essence” - clean, pure, and beautifully refreshing. A delicate orchid fragrance opens the cup, followed by soft creamy milk notes and a gentle sweetness reminiscent of ripe peach. The finish is smooth, fragrant, and pleasantly lasting.
